Garden Homes of Mill Pond is a 55 and Over Community brought to you by Mike Klauck Construction, a local company that has been in the business of home building since 1985. They are well known for the integrity of their building and craftsmanship.

Mike Klauck Construction is owned and operated by Mike and Kraig Klauck. Mike, the General Contractor, oversees each phase of the construction process, while Kraig oversees administration assuring quality and accuracy. Both Mike and Kraig have completed the educational requirements for the National Association of Home Builders Graduate and Master Builder Programs. They were raised in Springville and are both currently living in their own subdivisions.
